Principal Wholesale Trade Terms (SARB Directive 1 of 2007)

Supplier agrees that Kampvuur Safaris operates strictly as the Merchant of Record. Inventory is supplied on wholesale trade credit. Customer pays KVS upfront; KVS settles with the Supplier via direct EFT within 7 business days of verified parcel delivery and acceptance. No consumer payment splitting or third-party escrow is used.
